Each ring is crafted from marine grade stainless steels 304L and 316L, which are repeatedly folded and forge-welded together to create the layered Damascus billet. Once formed, the ring is treated with a light acid etch to reveal the flow of the layers, then coated with PVD to deepen the contrast of the pattern. The result is a unique band with a satin brushed finish and a tactile texture that sets it apart from ordinary steel rings.

Unlike polished jewellery, this ring embraces its natural structure. The overlapping shapes are not printed or stamped but are the true result of layered steel being twisted and worked during forging. This complex process creates depth in the surface and subtle variation from one piece to the next, so no two rings will ever look identical.

The 6mm wide band has a court profile for comfortable wear, with a depth of 2mm. It is made entirely from stainless steel, making it hypoallergenic and free from the carbon steels that can stain or corrode over time.

Inside the ring is a discreet "Damascus Steel" logo, added as standard. This identifies the material and confirms its layered construction. It is a ring built to last, but not one that can be resized due to its strength and structure.
