Returns Policy for Refunds and Exchanges


Titan Jewellery Returns Policy

At Titan Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as straightforward and reassuring as possible.

Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in a saleable condition and includes all original packaging. Please note that items that are scratched or marked will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for another product or a different size within 30 days of your order being received.

UK Exchanges:

  • The first exchange is free of charge, but you will need to pay the return postage to us.
  • We will send your first exchange by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at no extra charge. Subsequent exchanges will incur postage charges at our current rates.

International Exchanges:

  • International orders will be exchanged at the original postage cost.

Refunds

We will refund the full purchase price of your order, excluding any upgraded postage you chose at the time of order.

Exclusions:

  • We cannot refund special orders or items that have been engraved.

Partial Set Returns:

  • If part of a discounted set is returned, the refund will be the difference between the full price of the kept item and the promotional price.

Postage Costs:

  • These are non-refundable unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault with the item.

Important Notes:

  • Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
  • All returned items are at your own risk and cost. We recommend using "Special Delivery" or "Recorded Delivery" and ensuring the items are fully insured for loss or damage.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment via Clear Accept, PayPal, or cheque. Please include any necessary details to facilitate the refund.

Faulty Goods

If any item of jewellery is received faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, it may be returned to us for inspection. We will repair or replace it if deemed necessary. Please note that accidental damage is not covered.

Notification:

  • Notify us before returning goods within the guarantee period to receive a returns email.

Replacement:

  • Replacements will be like-for-like. You cannot change the design, finish, or size of a product. If the item was engraved by us, we will re-engrave your original message.
