Returns Policy for Refunds and Exchanges


Titan Jewellery Returns Policy



Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in a saleable condition with all the original packaging enclosed. Any item that has been scratched or marked will not be accepted back.

EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange your item for another product or perhaps another finger size within 30 days of your order being received.


UK exchanges
1st Exchange is free of charge, however you will need to pay to return back to us.
We do charge returns at our current postal rates, however we will post the first exchange by 2nd class Recorded Delivery free of charge. We will only charge return postage at our current postage rates if an item is returned for a 2nd, or more times.

International exchanges
International orders will be at the original postage cost.


REFUNDS: We will refund the full purchase price of your order excluding any upgraded postage that you chose to upgrade at the time of order.

We are unable to refund on any special orders, or items that you have had engraved.

If the article was part of a discounted set and only part of the set has been returned then the refund will be the difference between the full price of the kept article and the promotional price.

Postage costs will not be refunded unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault with the article.

Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

All returned articles are returned entirely at your own risk, and cost. Please ensure that they are fully insured for loss or damage, we recommend that you return goods by "Special Delivery" or "Recorded Delivery"

Refunds will always be refunded back to the original method of payment, and back to the purchaser by Sagepay, Paypal or Cheque so please include any details that we may need in order to refund you.

Faulty Goods: Any item of jewellery received faulty, or which develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, may be returned to us for inspection and repaired or replaced if deemed necessary. Please note that accidental damage is not classed as a fault and would not be covered. If returning goods to us within the guarantee period please notify us prior to returning the goods so that we may issue a returns e-mail.

All returned goods if replaced will be replaced like for like, you will not be able to change the design, finish or finger size of a product. If an item was engraved by us we will also engrave your original message inside the ring.

Please do not mark your parcel silver, jewellery or any other luxury name as this increases the chance of the parcel going missing.
