These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Titan Jewellery Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

We operate as an online-only business. Visits to our premises are not permitted.

2. Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old
• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• you have provided accurate and complete information

3. Making a purchase
To place an order, add items to your basket and complete checkout. You must supply accurate delivery and contact details.

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract is formed only when we issue your invoice. Until that point we may refuse, cancel or decline an order without giving a reason. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

Clear or obvious pricing errors, including those caused by technical or software issues, will not be honoured.

4. Prices and taxes
All prices shown are in GBP and include any applicable UK taxes.
For international orders, all import duties, taxes, customs charges and compliance requirements are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Payments and security
Payments are processed by professional third-party payment providers. We do not process or store full card details.

Refunds are always issued:
• to the original payment method
• to the original purchaser only

Payment providers may change without notice.

6. Delivery

Key points:
• Free UK delivery is offered on all orders
• Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are available
• Special Delivery aims for next working day after dispatch (Mon–Fri, not bank holidays)
• Every product page displays dispatch times
• Engraved, personalised and made-to-order items require additional production time
• Selecting a faster service does not shorten production time
• Responsibility transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery (including photographic or GPS evidence)

The delivery address must be secure and suitable for receiving items.

7. Returns and exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these terms.

Key points:
• Standard items may be returned within 30 days in pristine condition
• Christmas returns apply from 1 November to 20 January
• Engraved, personalised, altered and custom-made items cannot be returned
• Returns are at the customer’s cost and risk
• Proof of posting is not proof of delivery
• One free UK exchange is offered; further exchanges are charged
• Refunds are issued within 1 to 3 working days and to the original payment method only

8. Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, contact us before returning it so we can issue instructions.

Manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced.
Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear (including scratching or tarnishing) and ageing of materials are not covered.

9. Product guarantee
All products carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear is expected with jewellery and is not considered a defect.

10. Order processing
Orders are processed in the following priority order:

    1. Free delivery

Engraved, personalised and made-to-order items will need additional time before dispatch and cannot be fast-tracked.

11. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by:
• incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
• parcels stolen after confirmed delivery
• delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events outside our control
• misuse or accidental damage to products
• unauthorised alterations or repairs
• failure to follow product guidance

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, postal strikes, transport disruption, national emergencies, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amendments to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version displayed on this page applies to all orders placed after the “Last updated” date.
