Returns & Exchanges

This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled

1. Return period
You may return any standard item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in pristine, saleable condition and include all original packaging and any additional items supplied.

Christmas extended returns
Orders placed from 1 November qualify for return until 20 January, or 30 days from delivery, whichever is longer.

2. Items that cannot be returned
We do not accept returns for:
• engraved items
• custom-made items
• items altered at your request
• disposable items such as finger sizers
• goods returned with scratches, marks or signs of use

These exclusions apply because the items cannot be resold once altered or personalised.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, provided the item qualifies for return and is not listed in the exclusions above. Exchanges can be for a different size or a different product.

UK exchanges:
• The first exchange is free of charge. You must pay the return postage to us.
• The replacement is sent by Tracked 24 at no extra cost.
• Additional exchanges are charged at our standard Tracked 24 rate.

Overseas exchanges:
• Replacements are sent at the current international postage rate.

Processing time:
Most exchanges are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Longer times may apply for special orders, made-to-order pieces or items requiring additional work such as engraving.

4. Refunds
We will refund the item price once the goods are received and inspected. Postage charges are not refunded unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Processing time:
Refunds are normally issued within 1 to 3 working days.

Refund method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Clear Accept, PayPal or cheque). Please include any details needed for the refund to be processed.

Partial set returns:
If you return part of a discounted set, the refund is the difference between the full price of the item you keep and the promotional price paid.

5. Faulty goods
If an item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, contact us before returning it so we can issue a returns email.
Faults will be assessed on receipt. If confirmed, we will repair or replace the item. Accidental damage is not covered. Replacements are like-for-like only. Engraving will be reapplied with the original message if required.

6. Returning items to us
All returns are made at the customer’s cost and risk. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We recommend using a tracked or insured service.
Parcels should not be marked with “silver”, “jewellery” or similar descriptions.

In addition, you may drop off parcels at our address if preferred, and we will process and post the replacement or refund once the return has been checked.
