General Questions About Titan Jewellery

Some of the frequent questions we are asked.

We have a free option on all UK deliveries which takes around 5 working days after dispatch.
This can also be upgraded to faster services.

We understand the importance of being able to see and try our products before making a purchase. However, we do not have a physical showroom. Our business model prioritizes offering high-quality products at the most competitive prices, and operating a showroom with its associated costs would mean higher prices for our customers.

For example, our Woodgrain Damascus Steel Ring is priced at 95, significantly lower than a similar ring sold by a competitor for 215. This price difference is largely due to the extra expenses they incur, such as a luxurious showroom, staff salaries, and extensive advertising.

We believe in balancing affordability with customer experience. While we can't offer the traditional showroom experience, we've implemented a system that allows our clients to try our rings in the comfort of their own homes. You can order several rings, see how they feel and look, and then decide. Plus, with our 30-day return policy, you have ample time to make your decision, free from the pressure often felt in a showroom environment.

We find that trying our products at home, at your leisure, for up to 30 days, is a more comfortable and convenient experience than a brief visit to a showroom. This approach not only keeps our prices low but also aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction and convenience.

All our jewellery does have a manufactures guarantee of at least 1 year, some products have a 2-year guarantee. Every product will display the guarantee period.

We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing faults.

We do not cover wear and tear, tarnishing, scratches and scuffs on jewellery which are all considered normal in wear. We also do not cover abuse, accidental damage or deliberate damage.

We are happy to refund any item of jewellery purchased directly from us on the website within 30 days of receipt. If purchased from another retailer then you would need to contact them directly.

We are also happy to exchange any item for a different design, or finger size within 30 days of receipt.

The returns policy is extended during the Christmas period for orders placed from 1st November with a returns period of 30 days, or 13th January whichever is the longer timeframe.

We do not offer any discounts or have any discount codes available.

All our jewellery is so competitively priced that we do operate on lower margins than most jewellers. For this reason, we are unable to offer any discounts on our products.

We are aware occasionally some of the coupon sites do have vouchers for us. These have been made up and not issued by us, so dont be surprised when they do not work.

The only coupon codes that we have, hence the coupon code box in the checkout are codes issued when customers order a ring sizer, the cost of the ring sizer can be offset against a purchase.

Im afraid we do not offer wholesale or trade pricing to other jewellers other than a selected few business that we are connected with.

We are unable to make custom designs in our metals as we rely on manufacturing in quantity to reduces prices.

If you take for instance our tantalum rings, most retailers make these on a one off basis. Typically they take over 3 weeks to make and cost anything from 400 upwards. The rings are no better than ours but making them individually costs more.

When we manufacture our rings they are still made 1 at a time, but we just continue making the same ring over and over again which speeds up the process, and of course reduces costs.

We typically close on Christmas Eve, and reopen on the first working day after New Year

As a small family business, we do also close for holidays several times a year

We do have a laser engraving service which is available for most products on the website. We do however only do laser engraving on our own products.

We have taken the decision to cease shipping to Ireland until further notice. We are experiencing long delays with parcels, too many missing parcels, and parcels that are not even being attempted to be delivered, which are subsequently returned to us.

We are not sure why Ireland has suddenly become an issue to deliver to as we are not being given any reason.
