Every item of jewellery on Titan Jewellery is in stock* and ready to be dispatched free of charge anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail.

All items are dispatched using Royal Mail’s range of services and will be delivered by your regular Royal Mail postie, typically within 5 to 7 working days. All parcels are sent at the risk of Titan Jewellery. In the unlikely event that a parcel is declared lost by Royal Mail, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Royal Mail only considers an item lost when it has not arrived within 14 days of its estimated arrival.

All parcels are fully tracked through the Royal Mail delivery network, with a GPS location recorded at the point of delivery. If you are unable to sign for the parcel, you may add a note to your order requesting delivery to be left with a neighbour. We are also happy to deliver to an alternative address, such as your work address, for your convenience.

As all of our jewellery is either in stock or made to order, each item will have an estimated dispatch time on the product page. This is the maximum time we expect it will take to process and dispatch your order. Typically, most orders are dispatched either the same day (Monday - Friday) or the next working day.

We process all orders in the order they are received. However, upgraded postal options will be prioritised over free delivery on all stock items when possible. Therefore, if an item is urgent, we recommend upgrading your delivery option. Please note that made-to-order and engraved items cannot be dispatched faster regardless of the delivery option chosen.

1st Class £3.95 takes 2 to 3 days
2nd Class £2.95 takes 3 to 4 days
Special Delivery £8.95 takes 1 to 2 days (not guaranteed for Saturday)

International options
Europe £12.95 takes 5 - 10 days
Rest of World £18.95 takes 10 to 21 days. South Africa is the slowest at 20 to 25 working days.
We are not currently shipping orders to Ireland (Eire) due to issues with customs within Ireland.

*All quoted delivery times are an average time, and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery times may take longer during bad weather, Royal Mail strike action or closer to Christmas.
