Titanium Chains
A titanium chain feels different the moment you put it on. Most people expect a chain in this width range to have a noticeable weight, especially if they are used to silver or steel, but titanium sits much lighter and settles comfortably once worn. After a few minutes many people stop noticing the weight at all, particularly at longer lengths.
The links still feel solid and defined, and the different chain patterns give a clear choice in appearance and movement. The Venetian Inca has a tighter, more structured feel, while trace and belcher styles sit more openly and follow the shape of the neck in a relaxed way.
Titanium also suits daily wear in practical terms. It does not tarnish like silver, it is naturally nickel free for people with metal sensitivities, and every visible part of the chain, including the links, jump rings and clasp body, is titanium.

Titanium chain details
Grade 2 Titanium
Grade 2 titanium is over 99% pure titanium, hypoallergenic and noticeably lighter than silver or steel. One of the practical advantages of the metal is how it behaves in everyday environments. It is not affected by seawater, chlorinated water, sweat, salt air or general moisture. This makes it practical for people who swim regularly, work outdoors, or live in coastal areas where jewellery is constantly exposed to humidity and salt in the air.
Because the metal does not rely on coatings or surface treatments, it remains stable in these conditions and can be worn through normal daily activities without needing to be removed simply because of water exposure. For more information see our Titanium Chains Information.
Made to order
Most of our chains are assembled to order in the workshop. This allows us to supply lengths up to 20 inches, including lengths that may not appear as standard options. If you prefer a shorter fit or a specific drop under an open collar, that flexibility makes it easier to choose the length that sits correctly when worn.
The Venetian Inca Titanium Chain is the exception. It is a ready-made chain available in longer lengths from 18 to 26 inches.
Dog tag
For anyone wanting a pendant rather than a plain chain, our Titanium Dog Tag is often chosen alongside a chain purchased separately. It can be engraved on both sides with names, dates, medical information or other personal details. The Venetian Inca is the featured pairing for the dog tag, although any of the chain styles can be used.
