Due to temporary re-location, our telephone is not manned, as we are working remotely, so please contact us by email.
We are only working limited hours & days, so unfortunately there is a slower dispatch time, as there will only be 2 or 3 dispatch runs a week.
We have removed the option to upgrade to Special Delivery, as this is not something we can guarantee in these challenging times.
We thank you for your patience during this difficult time, and rest assured as soon as possible, we shall return to normal service.
We do have high stock levels; however, some rings may have low stock levels on some finger sizes.
Currently our supply chain has been impacted due to the current pandemic, and unfortunately, we do not have any date for restocking items that are not currently available, or for items that will go out of stock in the coming weeks and months.
If you are considering purchasing an item, we would recommend purchasing as soon as possible as it could realistically be between 3 to 6 months before we are fully restocked again.
Returns - 90 day returns policy
If returning items, please contact us for the returns address, as our location has changed temporarily, as the shop needed to close due to Government advice.
We have extended our normal 30 day returns policy to 90 days so that you do not have to venture out just to return a parcel.
Please be aware that we have had to cease to offer any of our workshop services, these primarily are rings made to order, or the setting of diamonds & gemstones.
